If the ceremony is to be held at Winterbourne, there is
no additional fee for the rehearsal, however, we will have to work the
rehearsal time around other events. Rehearsals typically last one hour. |

Winterbourne staff is happy to ice down your beer, wine & champagne.

We can happily accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. |

Our menus can be modified to your specifications. |

Children’ menus can easily be arranged. |

Children under the age of four are not charged. Children
4-10 are billed as half price. Children over ten are billed as adults. |

We allow 2 hours prior to the wedding for set up and delivery
of flowers, cake and liquor. |

There is no additional charge for a photo shoot prior to
your wedding. (Please call to schedule) |

We do not charge for cake cutting or toasting. |

Balloons may not
be released. |

If you rent chair
covers, we charge a fee for putting them on based on the estimated time
needed for set up and break down. |

Your rental fee includes crisp white linens, china, flatware
and stemware. |

Guest rooms are available at the Club Continental for your
overnight guests. |

Candles may be used except on the fireplace mantle. |

No fireworks or sparklers may be used under any circumstances. |

Winterbourne is not responsible for items left after events. |

Coffee and/or punch can be added to your menu. |
